According to the Shrimad Devibhagvat, the 19 Mukhi Rudraksha is believed to have emerged from Lord Shiva’s eyes and is also associated with the Chandra Netra (left side eye) of Lord Shiva. The tree that produces it, Elaeocarpus ganitrus, grows across the Himalayan belt and parts of Southeast Asia.

• Replace the thread once every three months.
• Avoid tamsic habits and intoxication while wearing.
