Shipping Policy

Every parcel we send carries something sacred, so we treat its journey with the same care you would. This page explains how your order is packed, dispatched and delivered, and the timelines you can rely on, from the moment you check out to the moment it reaches your hands.

How we pack and protect your order

• Careful packing. Each item is wrapped to survive the journey and reach you in clean, puja-ready condition.
• Full insurance. Your order is insured while it is in transit, so it is covered until it is in your hands.
• Trusted couriers. We ship through reliable partners such as [Shiprocket, Bluedart, Delhivery, etc.] for safe, timely delivery.

When your order leaves us

Orders are packed and dispatched within 2 to 4 business days of confirmation. Customised, energised or made-to-order items may need a little longer, and we keep you posted at each step.

How long delivery takes

• Within India: usually 7 to 15 days from dispatch, depending on your location.
• Outside India: usually 10 to 20 days from dispatch, and sometimes longer where customs clearance is involved.
  

These are estimates. Actual times can vary with location, courier movement, customs, public holidays and other factors beyond our control. We share tracking so you can follow the parcel throughout, and we thank you for your patience.

What delivery costs

• Shown upfront. Shipping is worked out on the destination and weight of your order, and any charge is displayed clearly at checkout before you pay.
• Free shipping. We may offer free shipping on orders above Rs. 500, announced on our website. You may also write to connect@rudraksharaksha.com to ask about current offers.
• International duties. For orders outside India, any customs duties, import taxes or local charges are borne by the customer. These are set by the destination country and are beyond our control, and we are not responsible for delays caused by customs.

Getting the address right

• Please double-check. Give complete and correct delivery details at checkout. For your security, we deliver to home or business addresses only, not to PO boxes or public places such as malls or hotels.
• Need to change it? Contact us promptly, ideally before dispatch, and we will update it where we can.
• Your responsibility. We are not liable for delays or failed deliveries caused by an incomplete or incorrect address. Please make sure it is right and current when you order.

Following your parcel

Once your order is on its way, you receive a confirmation with tracking details, and we keep you updated through the journey by email or SMS.

At your doorstep

• High-value orders may need a signature and identity check on delivery, so the parcel reaches the right hands. If you are unavailable, someone you trust may receive it on your behalf.
• Missed delivery. Our courier makes up to three attempts. If all three fail, the parcel returns to us. To reschedule, please contact the courier promptly, and write to [connect@rudraksharaksha.com] if any issue remains.

When delivery is delayed

We make every effort to meet our timelines, but delivery can be delayed by events beyond our control, such as natural events, public holidays, government action, strikes or transport disruption. In such cases we notify you as soon as we reasonably can and share an updated schedule. Delays of this kind are not a breach of this policy, and we ask you to allow reasonable extra time.

If your parcel is late, damaged or missing

• Not delivered in time? Contact us at connect@rudraksharaksha.com within 30 days of purchase and we will assist.
• Damaged or tampered on arrival? Refuse delivery where you can and tell us at once with supporting details. Returns and refunds are covered in our Refund & Return Policy.

Changing or cancelling before dispatch

You may cancel any order free of charge before it is dispatched. Message us on WhatsApp at +91 8510007791 as soon as possible so we can stop it in time, and the amount is refunded to your original payment source. Once an order has been dispatched, it is handled under our Refund & Return Policy.
