This is an electronic agreement, and by using the website you consent to receive communications from us electronically. These terms apply alongside the policies linked from our website, including our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy and Refund & Return Policy. We may change these terms at any time, effective when posted, and your continued use after that means you accept the change.

Who can shop with us

You may buy from us only if you can enter a legally binding contract under the Indian Contract Act, 1872. If you are under 18, please do not purchase from the website. If you access the site from outside India, you are responsible for following your local laws where they apply.

How our products are described

We try to show the photos, sizes and details of our products as accurately as we can. Because Rudraksha is a natural product, each bead differs in colour, texture, size and the run of its mukhi lines, and your screen may show colours a little differently. The website and its content are provided on an “as is” basis for general information, and should not be your only basis for a decision without checking a more complete source. Any reliance on it is at your own risk.

The spiritual nature of what we offer

Rudraksha beads, malas, kavach and any guidance or consultation we provide are offered on the basis of traditional Vedic belief and devotional practice. They are meant to support reflection and personal choice. They are not a substitute for professional medical, legal, financial or psychological advice, and we do not promise any particular outcome. Please make your own informed decisions and consult a qualified professional for such matters.

Placing an order

The products and information on the website are an invitation to offer. Your order is your offer, which we may accept or decline in whole or in part. If we cannot fulfil an order, for example where an item is unavailable, or delivery to your location is not possible, we will let you know and refund the affected amount.

Prices and payment

Prices may change without notice, and you pay the price shown on the day of purchase. For orders within India, payment is accepted in INR and is inclusive of GST as applicable. Payments are processed through reputed gateways such as [Razorpay / Shopify Payments / UPI / cards / net banking]. You confirm that the payment details you use are yours and authorised, and that sufficient funds are available. For high-value orders above [Rs 2,00,000], we may ask for a government-issued photo ID or PAN, as the law requires.
